Instructions for Purchasing a Gift Membership

Select the category of membership that is right for the family receiving the membership.
Check the small box declaring “I wish to give the gift of membership”.
Click on the “next” button on the lower right.
On the next screen, scroll down to the section with the forms near the bottom of the page.
Enter YOUR contact, billing and payment information.
Enter the GIFT RECIPIENT’S information and any special message or instructions. You need to include the name of the primary adult in the family and the name of their spouse, partner or co-parent. Any other information can be included in the “special message” box.
Click on the “submit button” button on the lower right.
What happens next? You will receive a confirmation e-mail in the next few minutes. In that e-mail you will find a link to a “print at home” gift announcement. A gift announcement package and membership card will be mailed directly to the gift recipient – usually in the next 48 hours.

Purchase a Family Membership to Boston Children's Museum on-line. You will receive an e-mail confirmation and instructions on how to print out a gift announcement. We'll take care of the rest, mailing everything directly to the gift recipient.
